Book a collectionThese terms apply to LaundryRound collection requests and services. Your accepted quote records the agreed work, price and collection arrangements.
A website request is not a guaranteed collection slot. We check your address, items and availability, then provide a quote. Your booking is confirmed when you accept that quote within its validity period. The quote sets out charges, collection and return windows and any applicable minimum.
Check pockets and tell us about stains, damaged items, missing care labels or special requirements. Cleaning outcomes depend on fabric and condition; we do not promise every stain can be removed. We seek agreement for additional treatment or charges. Contact us before sending unusually valuable or specialist items.
For cash orders, the accepted quote shows the cash balance after any chosen credit. Confirm a receipt only after handing over the exact stated amount. Credit is not cash and cannot be withdrawn or transferred. You may apply any available amount in whole pennies, up to the order total, when accepting a quote.
The initial rate is one point per £1 actually paid, with 100 points worth £1 credit. Points are rounded down to whole points and issued after completion and payment reconciliation. Amounts paid using credit do not earn further points. The earning rate is fixed when you accept the quote; future rates may change and will be shown before acceptance. Credits currently have no scheduled expiry. Refunds reverse related earned points; if already spent, later earnings first offset the adjustment.
Contact us as soon as you need to change or cancel a collection. Cancellation before collection releases any reserved credit once processed. After work begins, charges depend on the work performed and your applicable rights. Report missing items, damage or cleaning concerns promptly with your order reference so we can investigate. Refunds return money to the original payment method where appropriate; credit-funded portions are restored as credit.
These terms do not exclude statutory consumer rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. If you are unhappy, first contact hello@laundryround.co.uk. We aim to resolve concerns fairly and explain the outcome.
