    Message us on WhatsApp or use the chat on our website. For wash & fold a rough bag size is plenty, because we weigh it after collection. Pressing and dry cleaning are priced per item, and you can build an estimate before you book.

    Choose a collection slot that suits you. We confirm the address and date with you by message before anything is booked. All collection and return charges are included in your final quote.

    We collect, clean and bring it back

    Your laundry is washed, pressed or dry cleaned at our Islington laundry and returned in your agreed window, folded or on hangers. Like the routine? Turn it into a regular round.

Collection and return

Both are part of the £25 core-area minimum, so a single everyday bag becomes a £25 collected order. Selected Hackney addresses have a current £35 minimum.

Clear prices before anything extra

Wash & fold is weighed after collection and priced per kilo. Pressing and dry cleaning are per item. Any unexpected treatment or price change needs your approval first.

Do I need to count every item?

For wash & fold, an estimated bag size is enough to get started. We weigh your laundry after collection. Dry cleaning and pressing are charged by item. Any unexpected treatment or price change needs your approval.

When will my laundry come back?

Everyday laundry and pressing are planned for 24–48 hours; dry cleaning usually 48 hours and filled bedding 48–72 hours. We confirm your actual return window when booking. Specialist work is quoted separately.

Is collection included?

Your final quote includes all collection, return and minimum charges. Review and accept that quote before your booking is confirmed.

Can I book for a business?

Yes. Hotels, short-let operators, salons, gyms and restaurants have a separate WhatsApp journey. We discuss your linen, volume and schedule before agreeing your account pricing.
